Returns & Refunds
Returns policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges are only valid for purchases made through our official online shop www.radicalchic.ru.
Refunds
Once you have shipped your return item, inform us via email so we keep track of the return. Once we can confirm that it has been received and inspected, we will notify you.
Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges and Faulty items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@radicalchic.ru. The shipping for returns of faulty items are fully covered.
When your order is successfully placed, you will receive the confirmation and the link for payment on your email specified during registration
